Our Rain out policy will be very strict and will not have any wiggle room.
We are basing our rain out policy around the PGA’s rain policy and will adhere to it in any case that rain occurs
Razz Money will be refunded to EVERYONE that is effected by a course closure due to rain. You will not have the option to remain in any games if the course closes at any point during your round. If the course is not officially closed by the Club Pro your razz/skins/deuce money will NOT be refunded. You will be expected to finish your round once the rain has stopped if the course does not close. If you are unable to finish your round due to darkness after awaiting the end of a rainstorm you will be refunded your entry fees and considered effected by a course closure. The course pro will make this determination and let me know which groups were effected by not having enough time to finish.
We DO NOT want anyone to put themselves in danger by playing through a Thunderstorm so please find shelter and return to the clubhouse if the rain is for an extended period of time.
The reason we will have such a strict policy is that we do not want to allow people to get a refund on their razz money if they get a little rain and just aren’t playing well. Likewise we can’t have someone stay in the skins after a closure that had a great hole or two because the rest of the field that was rained out will want their money back. Thus diluting the pot for those that were able to finish the round prior to the closure.
